My first day walking into Snap Fitness I met Gina. We talked about starting my fitness journey. AT 69 years of age, I was wondering where to begin other than do the same machines week after week. Although I cannot afford personal training, Gina gave me an affordable alternative using a 12 week program that I can do on my own. I need structure and someone to push me to work to my fullest potential. This program does exactly that. The Snap App tells me what to do each of my four days. The videos along with the number of reps and resting time is easy to follow. She also gives you guidance on eating nutritionally, tracking your food if you wish to do so, along with websites for great recipes. She is always willing to help you if you need clarification on any exercises. I am going to do a personal training session with Gina when I reach the 6 week mark to check my progress. I highly recommend Gina and this 12 Week Program. You won't regret it and will be surprised what you can do.
